About Aaron
Aaron McKenna is the co-founder and principal consultant at McKenna Agile Consultants. With over 20 years of experience helping organisations adopt Agile, implement OKRs, and navigate large-scale transformations, Aaron brings a deeply practical, results-focused perspective to every engagement.
Aaron has worked with organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America — from fast-growing scale-ups to FTSE 100 enterprises — spanning sectors including technology, manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector.
As an SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) and Certified Scrum Professional, Aaron is one of the UK's most experienced practitioners of both Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework. He is also a certified OKR practitioner and a founding member of the OKR Mentors community.
More recently, Aaron has become a leading voice in AI-First delivery — helping leadership teams understand how to harness AI not as a bolt-on tool, but as a fundamental shift in how work is structured, prioritised, and executed. He works hands-on with organisations to redesign delivery models, embed AI into OKR execution cycles, and build the internal capability needed to lead confidently in an AI-augmented world.
